SUBJECT: TOWN CODE AMENDMENT APPLICATION A-19-003. PROJECT LOCATION:

CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 29 (ZONING REGULATIONS) OF THE
TOWN CODE REGARDING DEMOLITION REGULATIONS.
REMARKS:
Staff discovered an error on page 3 of the Draft Ordinance previously included as Attachment 4.
The term exterior was repeated when it should have read interior in the second reference. This
portion of Attachment 4 read as follows:
a. Repair. The removal and replacement of in kind non-repairable exterior and/or exterior
wall covering resulting in no change to its exterior appearance or character if approved by the
Community Development Director.
