MINUTES OF THE TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 27, 2009
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on
Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 4:00 P.M.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mike Wasserman, Council Member Joe Pirzynski, Council
Member Steve Rice, and Council Member Barbara Spector.
Absent: Vice Mayor Diane McNutt.
Mayor Wasserman noted that Council Member Diane McNutt was running late
and would join the Council in Closed Session.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Davis
Commented about the Town Manager’s evaluation and urged the Council
to go easy on him.
Stated that he will be bringing forward a video identifying areas in Town
that are unsafe to the public.
Commented that he would like the Town to address public safety issues.
Commented that Sara Cole should be compensated for her accident.
