TOWN COUNCIL The Town Council/Parking Authority/Redevelopment Agency of the
Town of Los Gatos met at Congregation Shir Hadash, 20 Cherry
Blossom Lane, at 6:45 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, 2004, in a special
regular session.

Mayor Glickman greeted the audience and asked if there were any
who would like to speak to Council.

SPEAKER Ray Davis asked Council to adopt Park Dedication Fees to be added
to building design review and permit fees. He believes this is a
feasible avenue for generating funds for soccer fields and skateboard
parks.

Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mrs. Decker, to approve the
Budget Hearing Minutes of May 17 & 18, 2004 as corrected on page
4, under Council Consensus, the second sentence to be struck. Carried
unanimously. Carried unanimously. (01.V)
6:58 ADJOURNMENT Mayor Glickman adjourned this evening’s meeting at 6:58 PM to the
Town Hall in the Neighborhood Meeting.
