TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in
the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, September
18, 2003, in study session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski
Mike Wasserman, and Mayor/Chairman Decker
Absent:None.
DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED COUNCIL CODE OF CONDUCT
Mayor Decker noted that Council would discuss presentations of various ideas and review
policies developed by other municipalities addressing Council Code of Conduct. Council did
hear suggestions and verbalized its opinions concerning different aspects of Council involvement
as a whole body and as individual Council members. The subject will be reviewed again at a
later date.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Decker adjourned this evening's meeting at 5:55 p.m.
