REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:05 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2003, in
joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski,
Mike Wasserman and Mayor/Chairman Sandy Decker.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 2002 (10.V)
Motion by Mr. Glickman, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that Council/Agency ratify the
accompanying check registers for accounts payable invoices paid on December 13, 2002,
December 20, 2002 and December 27, 2002 in the amount of $49,334.78. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 16, 2002 (11.V)
Motion by Mr. Glickman, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that Council/Agency approve the
Minutes of December 16, 2002, Joint Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting as submitted.
Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor/Chairman Decker adjourned this evening's meeting at 10:06 p.m.
