REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers
of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2003, in joint regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski,
Mike Wasserman and Mayor/Chairman Sandy Decker.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/AUGUST 2003 (13.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Glickman, that the Agency ratify the accompanying
check registers for accounts payable invoices paid on August 15, 2003 and August 22, 2003 in the
amount of $243,081.68. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF AUGUST 18, 2003 (14.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Glickman, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
August 18, 2003, Regular Joint Town Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting as submitted.
Carried unanimously.
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLUTION 2003-24RD/AFFORDABLE HOUSING GRANT

HOUSING TRUST OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY/AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH LOS GATOS
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Glickman, that the Agency adopt Resolution 2003-
24RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT APPROVED MARCH 19, 2001 BETWEEN THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND THE HOUSING TRUST OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY
FOR AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING CONTRIBUTION and the use of this contribution to the
Santa Clara County Housing Trust Fund Endowment. Carried unanimously.
