TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110
East Main Street, at 5:34 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2003, in special closed session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski,
Mike Wasserman and Mayor/Chairman Sandy Decker.
Absent:None.
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
General Comments on Town Government
Ray Davis spoke of the format of notices for closed sessions and requested that the purpose be
stated on the notice. He also spoke of the Town Workshop held on Saturday regarding youth and
alcohol and ways to deal with the issue. He concluded by speaking of the need to improve Hicks
Road for traffic safety.
CLOSED SESSION (XX.28)
Town Attorney, Orry Korb, announced that Council was now adjourning into Closed Session
pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 regarding Public Employee Performance
Evaluation. Title: Town Attorney.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Decker adjourned this evening’s meeting to closed session at 5:40 p.m.
