REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, March 6, 2000, in joint
regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Jan Hutchins, Linda Lubeck,
Joe Pirzynski and Chairman/Mayor Steve Blanton.
Absent:None.
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 22, 2000 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
February 22, 2000 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway abstained.
HEARING
REDEVELOPMENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM/RESOLUTION 2000-1RD (02.V)
Chairman Blanton announced that this was the time and place so noted for the Agency to
consider Redevelopment Advisory Committee recommendations on affordable housing and to
consider adopting the affordable housing plan.
No one from the audience addressed this issue.
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs Lubeck, to close the public hearing. Carried
unimously.
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adopt Resolution 2000-
1RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN 2000-2005 FOR THE
CENTRAL LOS GATOS REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski seconded by Mr. Hutchins, to adjourn this evening's meeting at 10:27
p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
