REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, June 26, 2000, in joint
regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Linda Lubeck, Joe Pirzynski,
and Mayor/Chairman Steve Blanton.
Absent:Jan Hutchins.
CHARLES STREET/HABITAT FOR HUMANITY/RESIDENCE/RESOLUTION 2000-5RD

Chairman Blanton stated that this was the time and place duly noted to consider a
proposal to grant a parcel of property on Charles Street (APN 529-22-028) to Silicon Valley
Habitat for Humanity to build an affordable single family residence.
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency adopt Resolution 2000-
5RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING A
DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SILICON VALLEY
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN AFFORDABLE SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE ON TOWN OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED ON CHARLES
STREET (APN 529-22-028), AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION BY THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY AND RESTATING THE GRANT AMOUNT TO
SILICON VALLEY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr.
Hutchins absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, to adjourn this evening’s meeting at 10:30
p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Hutchins absent.
