REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:32 p.m., Monday, June 19, 2000, in joint
regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Jan Hutchins, Joe Pirzynski,and Chairman/Mayor Steve Blanton.
Absent:Randy Attaway, Linda Lubeck
MINUTES OF JUNE 5, 2000 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
June 5, 2000 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Attaway and Mrs. Lubeck absent.
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET FY 2000 - 2005/RESOLUTION 2000-4RD (02.05)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency adopt Resolution 2000-
4RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS APPROVING 2000-2005 BUDGET. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Attaway and Mrs.
Lubeck absent.
PARKING MANAGEMENT PLAN/TIM WARE CONSULTANT/RESOLUTION 2000-3RD
(27.40) Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency adopt Resolution
2000-3RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TIM WARE, FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT
CONSULTANT SERVICES. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Attaway and Mrs. Lubeck absent.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FY 1999-2000 STATUS REPORT (27A.05))
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency accept and file the status
report on the 1999-2000 Capital Improvement Program. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr.
Attaway and Mrs. Lubeck absent.
HEARING
CHARLES STREET/HABITAT FOR HUMANITY/RESIDENCE/HEARING (29.09)
Chairman Blanton stated that this was the time and place duly noted for public hearing
to consider a proposal to grant a parcel of property on Charles Street (APN 529-22-028) to
Silicon Valley Habitat for Humanity to build an affordable single family residence.

HEARING CONTINUED
CHARLES STREET/HABITAT FOR HUMANITY/RESIDENCE/CONT. (29.09)
The following people addressed this issue:
Tracy Langley, 229 Massol Ave. #1, asked for approval of this project and explained how it
might be possible for her to qualify for this home.
Paul DuBois, 340 University Ave., representing the Community Services Commission, spoke of
the strong commitment and support from the Commission .
Bill Arnopp, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity, asked for Agency’s continued support.
No one else addressed this item.
Consideration of this item deferred until later on the agenda.
This item will return to agency June 26, 2000 on the Consent Calendar at which time there will
be an Agency quorum to take final action.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, to adjourn this evening's meeting at 10:16
p.m. Carried by a vote of 3 ayes. Mr. Attaway and Mrs. Lubeck absent.
