The Town Council/Parking Authority/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos
met in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 6:00 P.M.,
Monday, January 31, 2000, in study session.
ATTENDANCE
Present:Mayor/Chairman Steve Blanton; Councilmembers: Randy Attaway,
Jan Hutchins, Linda Lubeck and Joe Pirzynski;
Town Manager David Knapp; Town Staff: Orry Korb, Paul Curtis,
Regina Falkner, Gloria Grimes, Scott Ahlmand, and Larry Todd.

COUNCIL STUDY SESSION/DISCUSSION OF ISSUES (01.40)
Mayor/Chairman Blanton stated that this was the time and place duly noted to consider the
following subjects which appear on the agenda: Strategic Plan (July 1, 2000 - June 30,
2005); 2000-2001 Goals, Priorities and Budget; Town Council Issues and Priorities;
Financing and alternatives, including the initiation of the assessment district process for
February 22, 2000.
