REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, November 1,
1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck, Joe Pirzynski,
and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent: None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/OCTOBER 1999 (O1.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the check
registers for accounts payable invoices paid on October 15 and October 22, 1999. The
total of the registers is $21,036.36. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 18,1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency approve the Minutes
of October 18, 1999 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
DOWNTOWN PARKING IMPROVEMENT REPORTS (03.40)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency accept report and
presentation made by Gordon H. Chong & Associates at the October 18, 1999 Town
Council Meeting; and accept report made at the October 18, 1999 Town Council meeting
concerning financial participation. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Hutchins adjourned this evening's meeting at 10:35 p.m.
