REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, October 18,
1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck, Joe Pirzynski,
and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent: None
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 4,1999 (O1.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency approve the Minutes
of October 4, 1999 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
DOWNTOWN MUNICIPAL LOTS/CONCEPTUAL DESIGN SERVICES (02.V)
GORDON H. CHONG & ASSOCIATES/RESOLUTION 1999-8RD
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1999-8RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO AMEND
THE AGREEMENT WITH GORDON H. CHONG & ASSOCIATESTO PROVIDE
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL LOTS, adding geotechnical &
environmental review service and increasing consultant compensation by $40,375; and
extending the time of completion from December 1, 1999 to January 5, 2000. Carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Hutchins adjourned this evening's meeting at 11:05 p.m.
