REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, June 21, 1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck, Joe Pirzynski,
and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent:Randy Attaway.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/MAY-JUNE 1999 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the check register for the
payroll of May 16 through May 29, 1999 paid on June 3, 1999. The gross amount of this payroll is
$2,069.92. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/MAY-JUNE 1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the check registers for
accounts payable invoices paid on May 28 and June 4, 1999. The total of the registers is $2,904.17.
Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
MINUTES OF JUNE 7, 1999 (03A.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency approve the Minutes of June 7,
1999 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
MINUTES OF MAY 24, 1999 (BUDGET HEARING)/JOINT AGENCY-COUNCIL (03B.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency approve the Minutes of May
24, 1999 (Joint Agency/Council Budget Hearing) as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr.
Attaway absent.
SIDEWALK/CURB & GUTTER/REPAIR/PROJECT 9909/RESOLUTION 1999-4RD (25.35)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency adopt Resolution 1999-4RD
entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING WORK OF GEORGE BIANCHI CONSTRUCTION,
INC. - PROJECT 9909 - ANNUAL SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER RECONSTRUCTION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR RECORDING
BY THE TOWN CLERK/SECRETARY. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
