REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:34 p.m., Monday, January 4, 1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Joe Pirzynski and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/NOVEMBER-DECEMBER 1998 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the check register for the
payroll of November 29 through December 12, 1998 paid on December 18, 1998. The gross amount
of this payroll is $1,339.56. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1998 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the accommpanying check
register for accounts payable invoices of December 18, 1998 in the amount of $75,130.75. Carried
unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 21, 1998 (03A.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
December 21, 1998 as submitted. Carried unanimously.

Chairman Hutchins journed this evening's meeting at 11:58 p.m.
