REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, August 2, 1999,
in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck, Joe Pirzynski,
and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent: None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/JULY 1999 (O1.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the check
registers for accounts payable invoices paid on July 9 and July 16, 1999. The total of the
registers is $23,665.52. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JULY 19,1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency approve the Minutes
of July 19,1999 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (03.V)
Agency Consensus that staff prepare a resolution reducing the membership of the
Redevelopment Advisory Committee to five members. One member appointed from the
Redevelopment Agency will be a non-voting member. Mr. Blanton nominated Mrs.
Lubeck to serve as the Agency's representative. It was also decided that business owners
in the district may be considered for appointment.

Chairman Hutchins closed this evening's meeting at 10:34 p.m.
