REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 5, 1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Joe Pirzynski and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/FEBRUARY-MARCH 1999 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the check register for the
payrolls of February 21 through March 6, 1999 paid on March 12, 1999, and March 7 through March
20, 1999 paid on March 26, 1999. The gross amount of these payrolls is $5,027.49. Carried
unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/MARCH 1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the accompanying check
registers for accounts payable invoices of March 12, March 19, and March 26, 1999 in the amount of
$84,529.91. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF MARCH 15, 1999 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency approve the Minutes of March
15, 1999 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
CONCRETE STREET RECONSTRUCTION/PROJECT 9938/RESOLUTION 1999-2RD (04.35)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency adopt Resolution 1999-2RD
entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH RIDGELINE CONCRETE CORPORATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PROJECT 9938 - CONCRETE STREET RECONSTRUCTION; awarding the contract to
Ridgeline Concrete Corporation as the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $43,120; and
authorizing transfer of funds in the amount of $49,620 from the Santa Cruz/Bachman Street
Intersection Project 9922, Account 4420-85394, to the Concrete Street Reconstruction Project 9938,
Account 4420-85397. Carried unanimously.

Chairman Hutchins adjourned this evening's meeting at 11:47 p.m.
