REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 8:05 p.m., Tuesday, January 19, 1999, in joint regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Joe Pirzynski and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/DECEMBER 1998 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the check register for the
payroll of December 13 through December 26, 1998 paid on December 31, 1998. The gross amount
of this payroll is $1,016.62. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 4, 1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency approve the Minutes of Janaury
4, 1999 as submitted. Carried unanimously.

Chairman Hutchins journed this evening's meeting at 10:19 p.m.
