REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council
Chambers of the Town hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 7,
1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway (Arrived at the meeting at 10:13 p.m. in time for the
continued Council/Agency Closed Session), Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Joe Pirzynski, and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent: None
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/JULY-AUGUST 1999 (O1.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the check
registers for accounts payable invoices paid on July 23, July 30, August 6, August 13,
August 20 and August 27,1999. The total of the registers is $290.07. Carried by a vote of
4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
MINUTES OF AUGUST 2,1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency approve the Minutes
of August 2, 1999 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Attaway absent.
REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE/RESOLUTION 1999-6RD (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1999-6RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS REVISING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr.
Attaway absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Hutchins continued this evening's meeting at 10: 13 p.m. to Closed Session
which will be reported publicly at its close. Orry Korb, Town Attorney, made a Closed
Session report at 11:13 p.m.
and adjourned the meeting at 11: 13 p.m.
