REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, March 1, 1999, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Joe Pirzynski and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/JANUARY-FEBRUARY 1999 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the check register for the
payroll of January 24 through February 6, 1999 paid on February 12, 1999. The gross amount of this
payroll is $1,201.55. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/FEBRUARY 1999 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency ratify the accommpanying
check register for accounts payable invoices of February 12 and February 19, 1999 in the amount of
$21,065.52. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 16, 1999 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
February 16, 1999 as submitted. Carried unanimously.

Chairman Hutchins adjourned this evening's meeting at 9:57 p.m.
