REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:34 p.m., Monday, June 1, 1998, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Jan Hutchins, and Chairman/Mayor Linda Lubeck.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/MAY 1998 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the check registers for
the payroll of May 3 through May 16, 1998 paid on May 22, 1998. The gross amount of this payroll
is $963.68. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/MAY 1998 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the accompanying check
register for accounts payable issued May 15 and May 20, 1998 in the amount of $0. Carried
unanimously.
MINUTES OF MAY 18, 1998 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency approve the Minutes of May
18, 1998 as submitted. Carried by a vote of four ayes. Mrs. Benjamin abstained.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Lubeck adjourned this evening's meeting at 9:44 p.m.
