REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:31 p.m., Monday, May 18, 1998, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
and Chairman/Mayor Linda Lubeck.
Absent:Joanne Benjamin.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/APRIL-MAY 1998 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the check registers for the
payroll of April 5 through April 18, 1998 paid on April 24, 1998 and the payroll of April 19 through
May 2, 1998 paid on May 8, 1998. The gross amount of this payroll is $2,173.32. Carried by a vote
of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin absent.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/MAY 1998 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the check register for
accounts payable invoices of May 1 and May 8, 1998 in a zero amount. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes.
Mrs. Benjamin absent.
MINUTES OF MAY 4, 1998 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency approve the Minutes of May 4,
1998 as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Lubeck adjourned this evening's meeting at 9:53 p.m.
