REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, January 5, 1998, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Jan Hutchins, and Chairman/Mayor Linda Lubeck.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Hutchins, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the accompanying check
register for accounts payable invoices paid on December 19, 1997 in the amount of $136,944.00.
Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 15, 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Hutchins, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
December 15, 1997 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that this evening's meeting be adjourned at 11:15
p.m. Carried unanimously.
