REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:34 p.m., Monday, December 7, 1998, in joint regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck, and Chairman/Mayor Jan Hutchins.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/NOVEMBER 1998 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the check register for
the payroll of November 1 through November 14, 1998 paid on November 20, 1998. The gross
amount of this payroll is $1,488.95. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1998 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, check register for accounts payable invoices
of November 13 and November 20, 1998 in the amount of $261,992.39. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 16, 1998 (03A.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
November 16, 1998 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 23, 1998/JOINT SPECIAL CALLED MEETING (03B.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
November 16, 1998 Joint Special Called Meeting as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Lubeck adjourned this evening's meeting at 8:50 p.m.
