REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency/Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:35 p.m., Monday, October 5, 1998, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Jan Hutchins, and Chairman/Mayor Linda Lubeck.
Absent:None.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/SEPTEMBER 1998 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the check registers for
the payroll of September 6 through September 19, 1998 paid on September 25, 1998. The gross
amount of this payroll is $1,264.58. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1998 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, check register for accounts payable invoices
of September 18 and September 25, 1998 in the amount of $5,537.04. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 21, 1998 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency approve the Minutes of
September 21, 1998 as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Lubeck adjourned this evening's meeting at 10:11 p.m.
