REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:59 p.m., Tuesday, September 2, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/AUGUST 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on August 15, 1997 and
August 22, 1997 in the amount of $21,123.82. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/AUGUST 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $4,904.53 for the payroll of July 27, 1997 through August 9, 1997
paid on August 15, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF AUGUST 18, 1997 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of August 18, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:00 p.m. Carried unanimously.
