REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:09 p.m. Monday, June 2, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/MAY 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on May 16, 1997 and May
23, 1997 in the amount of $22,898.84. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/APRIL 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,872.27 for the payroll of May 4, 1997 through May 17, 1997
paid on May 23, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF MAY 19, 1997 (03A.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Minutes of May 19, 1997, be
approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
JOINT COUNCIL/AGENCY MINUTES OF MAY 27, 1997 (03B.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Joint Council Agency
Minutes of May 27, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:10 p.m. Carried unanimously.
