REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 8:50 p.m. Monday, October 6, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on September 12,
September 19 and September 26, 1997, in the amount of $94,357.78. Carried
unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $4,775.34 for the payroll of August 24, 1997 through September 6,
1997 paid on September 12, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 15, 1997 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of September 15, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 8:51 p.m. Carried unanimously.
