REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:48 p.m. Monday, September 15, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/AUGUST 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on August 28, 1997, in the
amount of $3,300.00. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/AUGUST 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $4,486.66 for the payroll of August 10, 1997 through August 23,
1997 paid on August 28, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 2, 1997 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of September 2, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE AMENDED/TRASH-RECYCLING RECEPTACLES
METAL BENCH COLOR/RESOLUTION 1997-8RD (04.49)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1997-8RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AMENDING THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT STREETSCAPE AND
IMPROVEMENT GUIDELINES FOR METAL BENCH COLOR AND TRASH RECYCLING
RECEPTACLES, and approve fund balance transfers as shown in the report. Carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adjourn this
