REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:33 p.m. Monday, October 20, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on September 25,
October 3 and October 10, 1997, in the amount of $1,774.00. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,152.16 for the payroll of September 7, 1997 through
September 20, 1997 paid on September 26, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 6, 1997 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of October 6, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 9:34 p.m. to continued Closed Session which was announced at the
begging of the Council Meeting. Carried unanimously.
