REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/JOINT TOWN COUNCIL
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 8:43 p.m. Monday, December 15, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Jan Hutchins and Chairman Linda Lubeck.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,270.91 for the payroll of November 2, 1997 through November
15, 1997 paid on November 21, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 1, 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of December 1, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT OF THE JOINT MEETING
Chairman/Mayor Lubeck adjourned this evening's meeting at 9:20 p.m.
