REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 7:39 p.m. Monday, December 1, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Jan Hutchins, and Chairman Linda Lubeck.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on November 14 and
November 21, 1997, in the amount of $6,429.16. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/OCTOBER 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $4,648.92 for the payroll of October 19, 1997 through November
1, 1997 paid on November 7, 1997. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 17, 1997 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of November 17, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Hutchins, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:32 p.m. Carried unanimously.
