TOWN COUNCIL/STUDY SESSION
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East
Main Street, at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, February 8, 1997, in study session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Jan Hutchins,
Linda Lubeck, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin.
Others:Town Manager Dave Knapp, Department Heads, members of the public.
REVENUE REPORT
Town Manager, Dave Knapp, gave a current revenue report of the Town's financial standing and
prognosis for the future.
STRATEGIC PLAN
The Strategic Plan was reviewed.
COUNCIL ISSUES AND PRIORITIES
The following issues and priorities were reviewed and discussed:
