REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/JOINT TOWN COUNCIL
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 7:32 p.m. Monday, November 17, 1997, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Ataway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Jan Hutchins and Chairman Linda Lubeck.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/OCTOBER 1997 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,496.02 for the payroll of October 5, 1997 through October 18,
1997 paid on October 24, 1997. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/OCTOBER 1997 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoice paid on November 7, 1997, in
the amount of $5.88. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 3, 1997 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Hutchins, that the Redevelopment Agency
Minutes of November 3, 1997, be approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr.
Attaway abstained.
ADJOURNMENT OF THE JOINT MEETING
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mr. Blanotn, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 10:55 p.m. Carried unanimously.
