REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None.
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET FOR 1996-1997/HEARING (01.49)
Mayor Attaway stated that this was the time and place duly noted for public hearing to
consider 1996-97 Proposed Redevelopment Agency Budget.
The following person from the audience spoke to this issue:
Carol Ann Weber, 189 Ivy Hill Way, asked that the Master Plan for the Plaza be retained
and paid for with RDA funds.
No one else from the audience addressed this issue.
Agency Consensus that $20,000 of the Agency's Capital Projects funding be designated
for the Town Plaza Master Plan.
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council close the public
hearing. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:25 p.m. Carried unanimously.
