REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:55 p.m. Monday, July 15, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Linda Lubeck, Steven Blanton,
Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:Chairman Randy Attaway
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/JULY 1, 1996(01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $18.26 for accounts payable invoices paid
on July 5, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Attaway absent.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/JUNE 16, 1996-JUNE 29, 1996/PAID JULY 5, 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,209.42 for the payroll of June 16 through June 29, 1996, paid
on July 5, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Attaway absent.
MINUTES OF JULY 1, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Minutes of July 1, 1996, be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Attaway absent.
RICOH FAX 2400l FAX MACHINE/BETTER OFFICE SYSTEMS/TRANSFER FUNDS (04.49)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency authorize the
transfer from Account No. 4420-60500($633.73) to the Town of Los Gatos Account No.
3110-77000 to purchase a Ricoh Fax 2400L fax machine from Better Office Systems for
$1,901.20. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Attaway absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. O'Laughlin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:58 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Chairman Attaway absent.
