REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:29 p.m. Monday, February 5, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:Steven Blanton.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/JANUARY 1996 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that Council ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $23,527.19 for accounts payable invoices
paid on January 12, 19 and 26, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton was
absent.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/JANUARY 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,100.61 for the payroll of December 31 through January 13,
1996, paid on January 19, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton was absent.
AGENCY MINUTES OF JANUARY 16, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency Minutes of
January 16, 1996, be approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton
was absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this
