REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:06 p.m. Monday, January 16, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $9,977.44 for the payrolls of December 3 through December 16,
1995, paid on December 22, 1995, and payroll of December 17 through December 30,
1995, paid on January 5, 1996. Carried unanimously.
AGENCY MINUTES OF DECEMBER 4, 1995 (02A.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency Minutes of December
4 1995, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
AGENCY MINUTES OF DECEMBER 18, 1995 (02B.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Agency Minutes of December
18 1995, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
HOUSING CONSULTANTS/RFP/HOUSING PROGRAM (03.49)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Agency authorize sending
request for proposal to housing consultants for development of redevelopment Housing
Program.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:07 p.m. Carried unanimously.
