REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:56 p.m. Monday, May 6, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Linda Lubeck, Steven Blanton,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/APRIL 1996 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that Council ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $22,119.86 for accounts payable invoices
paid on April 26, 1996. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/APRIL 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $10,179.45 for the payroll of March 24 through April 6, 1996, paid
on April 12, 1996, and for the payroll of April 7 through April 20, 1996 paid on April 26,
1996. Carried unanimously.
JOINT AGENCY/COUNCIL MINUTES OF APRIL 15, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Joint Agency/Council
Minutes of April 15, 1996, be approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs.
Benjamin abstained.
HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE/RESOLUTION 1996-5RD (04.49)
REDEVELOPMENT HOUSING PROGRAMS
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. O'Laughlin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1996-5RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT WITH MELANIE SHAFFER FREITAS TO PREPARE REDEVELOPMENT
HOUSING PROGRAMS, and authorizing certain budget revisions. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
