REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 7:48 p.m. Monday, May 20, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Linda Lubeck, Steven Blanton,
and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:Patrick O'Laughlin.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/MAY 1996 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council ratify the
accompanying check register in the amount of $165.50 for accounts payable invoice paid
on May 3, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/APRIL-MAY 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,006.56 for the payroll of April 21 through May 4, 1996, paid on
May 10, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
MINUTES OF MAY 6, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Minutes of May 6, 1996, be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 7:49 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin was absent.
