REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday, October 8, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:Steve Blanton
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1996 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on September 13th and
20th, 1996, in the amount of $99,476.76. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton was
absent.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $11,601.54 for the payroll of August 25 through September 7,
1996 paid on September 13, 1996, and for payroll of September 8 through September 21,
1996 paid on September 27, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton was absent.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Minutes of September 16,
1996, be approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton was absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 12:37 a.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. Blanton was absent.
