REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:07 p.m. Monday, December 2, 1996, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steve Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
and Chairman Joanne Benjamin.
Absent:Patrick O'Laughlin.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1996 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on November 15th and
November 22nd, 1996, in the amount of $21,569.27. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr.
O'Laughlin absent.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/NOVEMBER 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $6,157.24 for the payroll of November 3 through November 16,
1996 paid on November 22, 1996. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin absent.
JOINT TOWN COUNCIL/AGENCY MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 18, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of November 18,
1996, be approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin absent.
AGENCY'S ANNUAL REPORT FY 1995-96/RESOLUTION 1996-11RD (04.49)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1996-11RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING THE 1995-96 ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE LOS GATOS
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Agency adjourn this

evening's meeting at 10:10 p.m. The meeting is adjourned to Closed Session to discuss
the recruitment of a New Town Attorney. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mr. O'Laughlin
absent.
