The Town Council/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met at the Corporation Yard, 41
Miles Ave., at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, January 6, 1996, in study session.
ATTENDANCE
Present:Mayor/Chairman Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck, Patrick O'Laughlin, Town Manager/Executive Director,
Dave Knapp, Town Department Heads, and members of the public.
DISCUSSION
Council/Agency discussed 1996 Town Council Committee Appointments; Economic Development
Principles Including Revisions to the Commercial Specific Plan Committee Recommendations and the
Downtown Specific Plan; Policies and Procedures Regarding Restaurants in the Downtown; Housing
Program Status and Below Market Price Program; Priorities for the next six months; Town Council/
Agency Meeting Schedule and the possibility of a July Workshop.
