REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Council Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:36 p.m. Monday, September 16, 1996, in regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Patrick O'Laughlin and Chairman Randy Attaway.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/SEPTEMBER 1996 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the
accompanying check register for accounts payable invoices paid on September 6, 1996, in
the amount of $20,898.84. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/AUGUST 1996 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,154.38 for the payroll of August 11 through August 24, 1996,
paid on August 30, 1996. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 3, 1996 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Minutes of September 3,
1996, be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE/AMENDMENT/RESOLUTION 1996-10RD (04.08)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency approve report
regarding the currency of the Agency's Conflict of Interest Code, and that the Agency adopt
Resolution 1996-10RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE CENTRAL LOS GATOS REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1996-8RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS CLARIFYING THE APPLICABILITY OF SECTION 18703.3 OF TITLE 2,
DIVISION 6 OF THE CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS TO MEMBERS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND MAKING TECHNICAL CHANGES
TO THE COMMITTEE'S ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE CENTRAL LOS GATOS
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adopt Resolution
1996-9RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Agency adjourn this
evening's meeting at 11:37 p.m. Carried unanimously.
