REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:53 p.m. Monday, March 20, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/MARCH 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council ratify the accompanying
check register for accounts payable invoices paid on March 3 and 10, 1995 in the amount
of $244.15. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/FEBRUARY 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council ratify the check register
in the amount of $5,046.87 for payroll of February 12 through February 25, 1995 paid on
March 3, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF MARCH 6, 1995 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of March 6, 1995
be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT/FINANCIAL STATUS
RESOLUTION 1995-2RD (04.49)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that The Redevelopment Agency
adopt Resolution 1995-2RD entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL
OPEN SPACE DISTRICT FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT. Carried unanimously.
