REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 9:38 p.m. Monday, March 6, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/FEBRUARY 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that Council ratify the check
register in the amount of $5,215.68 for payroll of January 29 through February 11, 1995
paid on February 17, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 21, 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Benjamin, seconded by Mrs. Lubeck, that the Minutes of February 21,
1995 be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
MIDPENINSULA'S ACCOUNTING OF PASS-TROUGH FUNDS (03.49)
Chairman O'Laughlin noted that this item had been removed from the agenda.

Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
9:39 p.m. Carried unanimously.
