REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:09 p.m. Monday, May 15, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:Joanne Benjamin.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/APRIL 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council ratify the check register
in the amount of $5,349.18 for payroll of April 9 through April 22, 1995 paid on April 28,
1995. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin was absent.
MINUTES OF MAY 1, 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that the Minutes of May 1, 1995 be
approved as submitted. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin was absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
10:10 p.m. Carried by a vote of 4 ayes. Mrs. Benjamin was absent.
