REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 12:12 a.m. Wednesday, January 4, 1995, in regular
session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1994 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council ratify the check
register in the amount of $3,632.72 for accounts payable invoices paid December 16,
1994. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/DECEMBER 1994 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that Council ratify the check
register in the amount of $8,688.91 for payroll of November 20 through December 3, 1994
paid on December 9, 1994. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF DECEMBER 5, 1994 (03.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, that the Minutes of December 5,
1994 be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mrs. Benjamin, to adjourn this evenings meeting
at 12:13 a.m. Carried unanimously.
