REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 10:26 p.m. Monday, May 1, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/APRIL 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Agency ratify the check
register in the amount of $4,870.45 for payroll of March 26 through April 8, 1995 paid on
April 14, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF APRIL 17, 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of April 17, 1995 be
approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mrs. Lubeck, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
10:27 p.m. Carried unanimously.
