REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
The Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the Agency Chambers of
Town Hall, 110 E. Main St., at 11:47 p.m. Monday, February 6, 1995, in regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present:Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton,
Linda Lubeck and Chairman Patrick O'Laughlin.
Absent:None.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RATIFICATION/JANUARY 1995 (01.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council ratify the accompanying
check register for accounts payable invoices paid on January 13 and 20, 1995 in the
amount of $5,593.25. Carried unanimously.
PAYROLL RATIFICATION/JANUARY 1995 (02.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council ratify the check register
in the amount of $5,351.60 for payroll of January 1 through January 14, 1995 paid on
January 20, 1995. Carried unanimously.
MINUTES OF JANUARY 17, 1995 (03.V)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that the Minutes of January 17, 1995
be approved as submitted. Carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Attaway, to adjourn this evenings meeting at
11:48 p.m. Carried unanimously.
